Dr Leuserina Garniati
Leuserina is an international energy transition and sustainable development specialist with over two decades of experience spanning policy and strategy, institutional strengthening, inclusive development, and capability building. Her work focuses on the intersection of technical, institutional, and human dimensions of complex transformations, with particular emphasis on ensuring that sustainability transitions are equitable, inclusive, and locally grounded.
Through her advisory, action research, and capability-building work, Leuserina advocates for approaches that move beyond technical solutions and formal commitments to inclusion, towards strengthening the institutional conditions, human capabilities, and collective agency needed to achieve meaningful and sustained change. Her work seeks to bridge policy ambition with practical implementation, ensuring that emerging technologies contribute to more inclusive and resilient communities.
